Mr Ashok Malhotra is Post Graduate in Electronics with Masters
Degree in business Administration from University of Delhi.
He has overall experience of 29 years in Information Technology
(IT) and communications industry in India with over 16 years
as Managing Director/Global CEO for Multi National. He started
his career with Tatas and DCM as Executive and went on to
become the Director of Network Limited, Managing director
of Hindustan Telecommunications Limited and IDM (erstwhile
IBM in India). |

He
is a widely traveled person and has played a key role to bring
many state of art technologies to India through collaboration
with various International companies.He is a Director with Indus
Internet Limited and is actively involved with the formation of
Internet policy for India. He is also director with Globalstar
India Satellite Service (P) Limited. Globalstar is a low earth
orbit satellite based telecommunication system that will offer
low cost, high quality digital telecommunication service all over
the World & especially to areas under-served by wireless and
cellular telecom systems. He is founder member of MAIT - Manufacturers
Association of Information Technology and GMPCS Forum (Global
Mobile Personal communications by Satellite). He is also member
expert committee on Telecommunications ASSOCHAM (Associated Chambers
of Commerce). He became Managing Director and Global CEO for Annet
a multinational software services company with presence in USA,
UK, Ireland, Germany and Canada.
Mr.
Ramesh Suri, Director Technology
He has more than 30 years of R&D experience in IT technology
development and deployment. Has managed 500 strong team at
Mindware delivering professional services and custom software
development for Fortune 500 companies across the globe. He
has been personally involved in the development of new technologies
to enhance products for Multi National companies, analysis

of large corporates, their computerisation and implementation.He
has also developed Data Acquisitions systems, Process Control
software and full scale training simulator software for Nuclear
Power Plants. He worked initially for eight years in Bhabha Atomoic
Research Centre,Department of Atomic Energy, then for another
eight years in National Thermal Power Corporation, for eleven
years in PCL/Altos/Mindware group, for three and half years with
The SCO Group and for four years with Radiant Consultancy Services.
Has
closely worked with customers in US, Europe and Japan.

Mr.
Ashok Jain, Director Marketing
Mr.
Ashok K. Jain did his M.S (Computer Science and Technology)
from University of Wales UK and BE (electronics and Communication
from University of Rurkee, India. He has total of 26 years
of well rounded professional experience in IT industry in
various capacities. He started his career with IBM UK as
systems engineer and was MVS operating system specialist
. Then he moved on to ICL India as systems exective and
graduated to the position of sales manager large systems
in 1984.

Subsequently
, he spent 5 years in Kuwait and as the sales and marketing director
with KCC , had established the KCC as number 2 IT company in Kuwait
after IBM. Later, he joined PCL, the number one PC company in
India, and as head of telecom projects , established joint ventures
in telecom services and products. He set up the Indian operations
of TANDEBERG DATA (Norwegian IT company) as Country Manager and
had secured 50% market share in India for the Company's products
within two years . From TANDBERG DATA , he moved to a global IT
software Development and Services Company, An-Net Infotech. An
Net Infotech focused on e-commerce software solutions. In addition
he was responsible for setting up Call Centre / BPO business unit
for An Net Infotech.
